Bates Events knows that you want everything to be perfect on your wedding day, so we offer our clients a full range of wedding planning services that cover every detail in the planning of the event through the day of the wedding itself. We are located in Northwest Arkansas, but we manage destination weddings and events nationwide.

Full-scale wedding coordination begins at $3,500.

Weekend of the Wedding Services
Bates Events can also coordinate and oversee the details for the entire wedding weekend. Most couples are visiting with family and friends, attending showers and parties, and checking on the last-minute details right up to the wedding day, so we offer Weekend of the Wedding Services, enabling you to focus on your special day.
